A5 Personal Development Series - Weekly Reflection
This is a 2-sided (front-back) form for recording your reflections and accomplishments for the week. There are 53 sheets plus the current year calendar on the front and next year's calendar on the back. The form can be dated with the preprinted the week dates on each page, or undated which provides a blank where you can write-in the week dates. The standard format includes space to write about these 7 categories:
