This is a daily and monthly planner insert for the popular A5 size notebooks. Page size is A5 standard, 5.83in x 8.2in (148mm x 210mm). Choose the week starting day as Sunday or Monday. Each day is on two pages. The hourly appointment blocks are arranged vertically in 2 columns with times from 6:00 am through 7:00 pm. The appointment time range can be changed through customization. Each appointment slot has 4 lines for detailed information. There is also a priority to do list and an area for notes.

A month begins with a page for "Plans and Priorities" followed by the monthly spread, followed by the daily pages for that month.

Also included are 1-page yearly calendars for the current year and next year.

Optionally includes holidays and major observances.
