Each day is on one page. There is a generous section for Daily Tasks including columns for priority and completion, plus a narrower section for appointment times from 7:00 am to 7:00 pm, and a block for notes.

A month begins with a page for "Plans and Priorities" followed by the monthly spread, followed by the daily pages for that month.
