Each month is a 2-page spread. The first 4 days of the week are on the left-hand page, and the last 3 days are on the right, plus an area for notes. Lines are printed in the daily blocks.

Monthly spreads can be printed back-to-back with nothing separating them, or optionally separated by notes, planning pages, or a monthly habit tracker.
