This is a monthly planner insert for Pocket-Plus size notebooks. Page size is Pocket-Plus, 3½" x 5" (89mm x 127mm). The week start is optionally Sunday or Monday. Each month is a 2-page spread. The first 4 days of the week are on the left-hand page, and the last 3 days are on the right, plus an area for notes. A grid is printed in the daily blocks.

Monthly spreads can be printed back-to-back with nothing separating them, or optionally separated by notes, planning pages, or a monthly habit tracker.

A durable plastic tab for the month is attached to the page preceding the monthly spread.

Also included are 1-page yearly calendars for the current year and next year.
