This is a monthly planner and habit tracker insert for Levenger/Staples Junior size disc bound notebooks. Page is Levenger Junior (half-letter) size, 5-1/2in x 8-1/2in. The week starts with Sunday or Monday. Each month is a 4 pages. The first page is the habit list and daily tracking for the month. Following this page is the 2-page calendar spread for the month with days arranged according to the monthly style (see below). The 4th page is labeled "Month Review and Habit Notes". For 6-column and 8-column styles, if the 30th and/or the 31st would fall below the bottom row of the monthly spread, these dates are moved to the first 2 daily blocks in the first row. There are no lines in the daily blocks.

6-Column style: Available only with Monday start. Monday-Tuesday-Wednesday on the left-hand page, and Thursday-Friday-Saturday/Sunday on the right. Saturday and Sunday share the right-hand column.

7-Column style: Available with Sunday or Monday start. The first 4 days of the week are on the left-hand page, and the last 3 days are on the right. A lined area for notes is printed in the right-hand column and below the last row on the right. Mini reference calendars are included for the 2 following months.

8-Column style: Available with Sunday or Monday start. The first 4 days of the week are on the left-hand page, and the last 3 days are on the right. A lined area for notes is printed in the right-hand column.

Months are separate, i.e. extra pages can be inserted between months.

A durable plastic tab for the month is attached to the first page of the month.

Also included are 1-page yearly calendars for the current year and next year.
